Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a consumer, you may generally withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the final item or part.

How to withdraw

Before the 14-day period expires, you can:

  • use the online function on this page; we will promptly acknowledge receipt by email, or
  • send an unequivocal statement to info@moiproduct.com or by post to moiproduct, s. r. o., Protifašistických bojovníkov 3947/7, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia.

It is sufficient to provide your name, contact details, order number, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Returning the goods

Send or hand the goods back to the address above no later than 14 days after withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of return unless we expressly state that we will bear it. Original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal, but please package the goods safely.

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening the packaging or reasonably testing or assembling ordinary, non-personalised goods does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received under the contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered. We do not refund any additional cost caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method. We will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and provided that this does not cause you additional fees.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Exception for made-to-order goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised goods. This exception does not apply merely because the goods are furniture or because you have assembled ordinary, non-personalised goods.

The order number is in your order confirmation email (e.g. #1012). If you can't find it, describe the purchase instead: approximate date, product, colour and the name or email used when ordering.

List each item and how many pieces, e.g. "AYTO Orange Mix – 1 pc".
