Nature of the online store
The moi product online store is operated and the goods are sold directly by moiproduct, s. r. o. It is not an online marketplace facilitating sales by other traders. The store focuses mainly on selling multifunctional and functional furniture to consumers in Slovakia.
Ordering and sales are governed by the Terms of Service. Information concerning delivery, complaints, warranty and withdrawal is available in the relevant sections of this website.

If a consumer is dissatisfied with the way we handled their complaint or request for remedy, they may, subject to the conditions of Act No. 391/2015 Coll., contact a competent alternative dispute resolution entity.
